our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the

wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at

info@shadesofyouscents.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll be happy to send a replacement or provide a resolution.
